Parents’ Weekly Update, Dec. 5

December is a very busy month at the Academy. As we enter the month of December, please remember we are preparing for the birth of Christ. For those of you who are not practicing Catholics, our celebrations are optional for all. If ever you do not want your children to be involved, alternate arrangements are an option.

This week, we are hosting a book fair for the entire week. A schedule will be posted in each google classroom. St. Leo students will be attending Mass on Wednesday, the day before the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Students will be allowed to dress up. If you do not feel comfortable with your child attending, please email the office and alternate arrangements will be made.

Thursday, school is closed, and Friday is early dismissal for parent-teacher conferences. A reminder email will go home again this week with the times for the afternoon and evening conferences. I will make myself available to any parent who wishes to express any concerns. If I have not met you, please feel free to stop by.

Friday, following morning prayers, we will also host bagels with the principal. A google form was placed in each google classroom. Please fill out the survey, so that way we can prepare.

Saturday, December 10th , we will be hosting a Breakfast with Santa. Tickets are still available for purchase. Please feel free to send the permission slip to the office, we will not be selling any tickets at the door.

Spirit Week will take place between December 12th through 16th . Information will be posted on our school’s website and in each google classroom.
